COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ultratech Stepper 04-08-00636 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Universal-Instruments-Corporation products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vevor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Van-Dorn product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Universal-Instruments-Corporation such as the 46088611 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CXZGC0041281510034124 manufactured by Vevor and we are pleased to be able to service most Vevor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PC330081 by Manufacturer Van-Dorn as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Uniop Brand ETOP47U101 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Us-Gear-Tools such as 23451921 equipment made by Us-Gear-Tools have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Us-Gear-Tools products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Us-Gear-Tools" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LRGXR125SM25 made by Up-Unipo as well as the popular VPRF original spares produced by Valcom Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8LXQI002341530696554 by Vevor and 23451921 spares by Us-Gear-Tools are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
